Although this is kind of funny, i am so disgusted by what happened in Chicago today. I live about 45 min away, so i heard about it all weekend. It makes me have less and less faith in my country. I never want to feel this way again.

I was there most of the day, and it really, really wasn’t that bad. The police officers were extremely helpful, and places like Seattle and New York should really take notice of how they treated the protesters. In all actuality, there was very, very little violence, and the news only reports what they know will make them money, which is all the bad things. It was a very well put together protest.
